Welcome to Iyal.farm. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.iyal.farm (“Site”) and our services. By accessing or purchasing through our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Iyal.farm is an online marketplace for organic and natural food products.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers of the Site.

2. Eligibility

3. Products & Pricing

All products listed on our Site are subject to availability.
We make every effort to display accurate product details, images, and prices, but minor variations may occur.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and acknowledgment from us.
We accept payments through secure, third-party gateways (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets).
We do not store your payment details on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to selected pin codes in India (serviceable areas are shown at checkout).
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen events.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to your address.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once delivered, except in cases of:
- Damaged products
- Wrong items delivered
- Quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. User Accounts

You may create an account to track orders and save preferences.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity under your account will be deemed your responsibility.

8. Use of Site

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Interfere with the Site’s functionality or security.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
