About Our Store
In 2014, when our founder Saravanan brought his organically grown greens to Coimbatore, retail chains turned him away. Instead of giving up, he chose a different path—he opened Iyal, a farmer-friendly organic outlet where customers brought their own bags and bottles, making the store eco-conscious right from the start. From its first day, Iyal was more than just a shop; it became a community that cared for farmers, consumers, and the planet alike.
By 2017, Saravanan was joined by Karthikkeyan, who shared the same passion while pursuing his MBA. Taking charge of operations after graduation, he helped grow Iyal into a larger eco-conscious community, supporting farmers and nurturing fellow eco-entrepreneurs to thrive together.
